Our starting point is a property record linked to an owner or authorised manager. We want each participating property to have clear permissions, a responsible contact and an understandable availability status.
Owners can prepare their own portfolio or work with their chosen agent. Agency portfolios remain private; future marketplace publication requires a separate choice.
