Private inventory stays scoped
An agent-branded conversation searches the participating agent’s approved portfolio. The partner selects the fields used, exclusions and how listings are updated or removed.
Trust & control principles
These principles describe the operating model for the proposed DwellinK pilot. Partner agreements, data responsibilities and technical controls must be settled before live use. This preview is not a compliance certification.

Joining the private workflow does not automatically publish inventory to the wider DwellinK network. Each shared listing requires appropriate authorization.
Private-channel enquiries return to the participating agent. Wider publication is not permission to share a lead. Any broader search or handover needs a clear purpose and appropriate agreement with the people involved.
A viewing request is not a confirmed appointment. The agent checks availability, property rules and the time, and retains responsibility for advice, negotiation and closing.
Before a live pilot
Name the source of property information, who can update it and how stale or uncertain availability is handled.
Agree what enquiry information is needed, who may receive it and the applicable retention and deletion arrangements.
Set responsibility for follow-up, confirmations, exceptions and the pilot scorecard. Record what happened so a request is not mistaken for an outcome.
Move the next conversation forward
Discuss the proposed workflow and permissions before deciding which properties and enquiries belong in the test.
