Early-interest registrations
We save your email, selected role, optional Malta locality and portfolio size, the date, your contact request and any optional email-update consent. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we also save its source and campaign labels. We use these details to respond to your requested early-access enquiry and organise the pilot. Our basis for handling that request is taking steps at your request towards a potential service.
Occasional guides and product-update emails are a separate, optional consent. An unchecked box is not permission for those emails. You can withdraw either request at any time by contacting us. No email is automatically sent when you submit the form. Duplicate submissions for the same role and email do not change an existing consent; contact us to change it.
Interest records expire 90 days after registration. Expired records are excluded from active review and deleted when the registration service or administrator next accesses them. Please contact us if you want a record removed sooner. Any continued pilot relationship needs a separate agreed process. Exported working copies must be deleted by the team on the same schedule.
Signing in and private portfolios
You sign in with WhatsApp: the site shows a one-time code, and you send it from your own WhatsApp number to our official number. Your WhatsApp number then identifies your account; we don’t use passwords. We store your number, the sign-in session (only a scrambled form of the session key) and, for owners, your name, optional email, service preference and the property information you choose to enter, including photos. If your number belongs to an agent working with DwellinK, the site shows that agent’s listings. This supports your requested private workspace, review and pilot preparation. Your account can access only its own workspace; authorised DwellinK reviewers can access records needed for review. Selecting a discovery channel does not automatically publish a property.
A private property record may contain an address and authority note. You can keep the street address private, so renters see only the town. Do not enter tenant details, identity numbers, bank information or sensitive documents. We retain workspace records while the workspace is in use; you can remove draft or paused properties through your workspace or contact us about account closure and deletion. Pilot activation, engine access and further data sharing require separate arrangements.
Operation and security
The site uses its hosting and database services to deliver pages and store the information described here. To protect sign-in and registrations from abuse, we keep the network address used to request a sign-in code for one day, and a record of sign-ins, sign-outs and listing review actions (your number, the time and the network address) for security. Hosting services may separately maintain operational logs.
We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. The site sets only essential cookies: one while you sign in, one that keeps you signed in, one that protects forms against forgery, and a short-lived one that carries a confirmation message to the next page. The rental budget planner keeps inputs only in the current page’s memory; it does not send them to us.
External services and sharing
WhatsApp links open an external service. You review and choose whether to send the message; using WhatsApp is subject to that service’s privacy terms. Official-source links also take you to external websites. We do not sell early-interest records or publish them as profiles. When you enquire about a property, your WhatsApp number is passed to the agent or owner responsible for it so they can reply. A future partner introduction or listing publication needs a separate agreement.
Your choices and contact
You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, withdraw consent, or raise an objection or restriction request where applicable. Contact DwellinK through our official WhatsApp number, +356 79966235, and identify the email or WhatsApp number concerned. If someone signed in with your number without your permission, reply STOP to our sign-in message to sign out everywhere. We may need to verify a request before acting. You can also raise a data-protection concern with Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
